Understated New Year's Eve

If Sparkle and Bling isn't for you on New Year's Eve; then today's post is right up your ally.

Everyone tends to go for the all sparkle ensemble so; it's nice to stand out by going the less flashy route. This year I am actually leaning toward one of these myself. I like these outfits because, I feel like I spend all this money on a super sparkly dress, and then never have anywhere to wear it again. With a more understated dress you know you'll be able to wear it again.

New Year's Eve Bling

With Christmas behind us it's time to look ahead to the fast approaching New Year's Eve. I'm so excited as NYE is one of my favorite holidays. What could be better? You get to dress up, and celebrate the last 365 days with friends, and prepare for the next 365 days.

If you're anything like me, you've been thinking about what to wear for the last couple of weeks. While I may start thinking about it early, I usually don't purchase something until the last minute. Today I have put together a few of my favorite sparkly outfits; because in my opinion that's what NYE is all about.

Merry Christmas y’all.

I’ll make this post short and sweet.

 I truly hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday with his or her loved ones. This time of year is so special, and I just want to say thank you so much for reading.

I hope Santa brought you everything you want and most importantly, that you can be celebrating this wonderful day with friends and family. I am so lucky to be visiting North Carolina and celebrating Christmas with my mom, dad, brother, and nephew over the course of today and tomorrow. I haven’t spent Christmas with all of them in 5 years.
