Happy Thanksgiving y’all!

I hope everyone is enjoying their day with family and friends. I know I sure am. In honor of the holiday I have so much to be thankful for. The main things are obviously my family (even though we all can’t be together today), my wonderful boyfriend, my dog, my friends, all the wonderful opportunities I am afforded, and so much more. So with that I will make this post short and sweet and leave you with some pictures of my Friends Giving, my roommate and I hosted Sunday before we all left to be with our families. Hey Y'all!

Hey y’all!!

 My name is Katie and I’m brand new to this whole blog thing.

North Carolina born but, Florida bred for the last 11 years so my heart belongs to both states.

I currently am a student at Florida State University (GO NOLES) studying Retail Merchandising and Product Development or RMPD for short. I’m a huge girly girl with a love for fashion and make up, but I also love sports, especially football.

Now I know what you’re thinking: Wow a fashion major with a blog how cliché however, I have wanted to start a blog for a very long time and as cliché as it may be I have finally decided to do it. I love taking chances but just like anyone else I sometimes get nervous. I really try to keep the mindset of not worrying what others think of me, but lets be honest putting myself out there on the Internet for not only strangers to read but my friends and family…talk about scary.

So here it goes. I think I’m finally ready to take the jump and start this whole blog thing, and I hope you’re ready to take that jump with me. I’m open to suggestions, criticisms (because we all need it sometimes…just hopefully not to harsh), and anything else you would like to see on my blog. The main focus of my blog is life with a heavy influence of fashion and makeup, because what girl doesn’t love make up. Also if there is anything you would like to know about me please feel free to ask. I want to make this blog as enjoyable as possible, and the best it can be.
